I can notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, powers of attorney, medical directives, wills, trusts, loan documents, real estate deeds and more. If you’re unsure if your document can be notarized, just ask!

You’ll need a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to verify your identity before I notarize your document.

Yes, I can notarize documents that are in other languages. However, the notarial certificate itself will need to be in English. If you have any concerns about language, just let me know in advance.

I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your needs. Just let me know what time works best for you, and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

Make sure you have a valid photo ID and that all the documents are ready but not signed yet. I’ll need to witness the signing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before you come in.

As a signing agent, I guide you through the loan documents you need to sign for a real estate transaction. I’ll make sure everything is properly signed and notarized so that your closing goes smoothly.

Most loan signings take about an hour, but it can vary depending on the complexity of the documents and how many questions you have. I’m there to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process.

You’ll typically need to have the loan documents provided by your lender, as well as a government-issued ID. Generally, the title agency or lender will send the loan documents directly to me. I’ll review them and then give you a call to confirm the appointment time and let you know exactly which documents you’ll need to have on hand for your signing. This way, you’ll be fully prepared for a smooth and easy process.
